as august starts, the family month begins... my first cousin frm vancouver has come and gone so has another uncle. tmr i can look forward to an aunt and a cousin... give it a few days and my mom comes back, grandma and another cousin flies in frm indo, another cousin, some leave, and a few more come. and yes i know i have a big family.
no one outside my family can really keep track of my relatives, but then again i seem to collect them more and more as i grow up so it's all good. hopefully with this group, my mind will be more occupied and as i start cutting down on my bad, expensive habits, this should help. thou with family around, it definitely means more food intake! :s
just ended watching a muscial - into the woods with s and g... and very impromptu decision yesterday and it's been awhile since i've watched a local production. it was basically a mesh up of the different fairy tales with quite a few current connotations which i thot was pretty brilliant. a pretty good musical :)
and yesterday, jeanette and i caught the last harry potter finally... i was really really happy that happened coz as a HP fan, it was pretty awesome! there's even talk that we might even watch bridesmaids tmr... but depending on our schedules. see with so much to do, and so little time after work, there might not be a need to throw in bfs there anywhere rite? haha
am hosting dinner this sunday... only prob is im not too sure what i feel like cooking just yet. should start figuring it out soon though
but g and s were over recently and they were my guinea pigs
i made chicken soup for the crampy g including animal shaped macaroni and attempted gunther's famous angel hair truffle caviar which i thot turned out quite alright :)
oh! swas recently bought a new dog... his name is raisin and he's terribly tiny! and very very cute
jojo was also in town over the weekend which was great and a much needed distraction :) he's such a rockstar! flew in early afternoon and stayed for about 10 hours and surprisingly that weekend had a few of the aussies in town so it was great! brought him to tbc with tons of hot guys there, paragon to get his yearly eyebrow fix, cova to meet friends, charlie's house to see both her new place as well as her new baby! off to newton for his sg food fix and lastly nektar so that everyone could meet! it was great! rushed a little but all in all easy :)
ive been terrible at taking photos really... should start the habit again soon! or at least i promise to try :)
