blogspot is officially pissing me off.... i either do not get any connection and/or i cant upload my pics :(
now that i cant upload any pictures on blogspot... i'll just have to write and write... my posts will be so boring without pictures :p well wat has happened over the past few days.... hung out with sarah on wed after work. its been raining non-stop here so i havent found the incentive to head out. we decided to head down to my fav dessert place canele to hunt for strawberry shortcakes..... unfortunately they were out of it...... :( i guess i haf to go back again one of these days before i leave. we stayed there and talked and talked till they were closing and had to kick us out. after we heading to hacienda to wish jon happy birthday. it was both sarah's and my first time going there and it's a pretty place. the birthday was held outdoors before it started POURING and everyone had to run indoors to prevent from getting drenched. im happy we decided to stay a little longer coz everyone got to witness jon's first puking session of the nite rite after he cut the cake. after sarah and i headed ot zouk to meet kah sian and his other pilot friends.... the crowd there was madness! it started pouring after both of us got into zouk and people were still lining up! out in the rain... they were getting drenched but yet they still held their place. clubbing is really not worth falling sick over! when the crowds started to get on my nerves we moved on to butter factory where we met up with jon and all again. he was still standing when i arrived but within half an hr.... he has ko-ed! haha that was wednesday nite/thurs morning thurs nite..... i got dragged to watch the WORST movie ever!!!! death note 2.......... stupid matt and his reasoning that its the last few times that the few of us would be together here in spore before leaving again blah blah blah...... horrible waste of time when all i wanted to do was to stay home to slp!
for friday it was craziness...... went to watch the new zhang yimou's movie - the curse of the golden flower. i haf to say it was a pretty good movie, lots of boobs that i din knw chinese had but the ending was crap. after met up with johan at acid only to move on to 1 rochester! i finally got to see that place. din stay too long coz i had to go down to zouk to meet up with kah sian for a drink and only one before i had to go down to butter for rachel's bday. all the guys were there so it was fun. thankfully i had the car or else can u imagine how im suppose to travel to all these places to spend time with friends when im leaving so soon. sigh
i dont really want to leave again.
friday was good.... had a FANTASTIC dinner at st julian's. yummy waygu beef for main course and profiteroles for dessert. it was soooooooo good. thanks bernard! bernard's been an amazing friend that ive had for years.... he has literally seen me grow up. he spoils me too :) although we dont see much of each other we still keep in contact. 2006 has been the one year that ive seen him the most since knowing him. heh. now i take more effort to see him every time i come back so that's more than the once a year we wld normally do before i left for cali as 2006 draws to a close i cant stop myself from wishing i haf all my friends around me.... missing all my friends whereever they are. esp miss gina. i really hope u're having fun in hk coz i really miss having u arnd!
